In the middle of no where. Connectivity is only by taxi. The complimentary shuttle services have been stopped due to Covid. Service Consultant Khalil did an excellent job taking care of my service requirements.

Worst experience in this covid time you guys needs to take care of the customer I took my es 350 for service the reception and everything was ok I took the package for the car but the delivery area they are realy don't care the car was not cleaned properly all inside the car having dust and my mats are having marks and once you pay the amount it's done they don't care if any of the authority reading this review please train your team members..

My car would not start, so I had to call recovery. Once he came, he tried jump-starting and it still failed to start. He towed my car to this service center. The next day I got a call from the service center, they said they successfully jump-started it and I just need to replace the weak battery which’s warranty conveniently has expired four days earlier. I would need to pay 2400 for the battery after discount. I told him if it’s just a weak battery, then it should’ve jump-started, and the problem can be with something else, but he told me it was just the battery. This sounded fishy to me, if it’s just a weak battery, why did the recovery fail to jump-start? and why did it magically jump-start in the service center? So I called the recovery to inquire some more, and he told me the battery had a loose cable which was causing the car to fail to start. Tl;dr Basically, the service center conveniently left out information about a loose battery cable, telling me the problem was only with battery, to scam me into changing the battery for 2400 dhs.

Very horrible experience.. I don’t know whether they issues me complained LX 570 or their service guys are not much experienced!!!! Still I’m doubt on their reliability

The staff, the venue the support all amazing. The online booking is bla. They make you fill out the whole application by a bot and numbers and then when the actual assistant comes online they ask the same questions which is irrittaing. Why make me fill the form if you are gonna ask me the same questions again..? They need working on the online booking application. Everything is clockwork but the online booking.

Let me correct the it as I went to Toyota Service Center (joint service center for Toyota and Lexus) it is perfect most advanced service center in the Middle East and Asia. Toyota can add extra mile be providing transport service for customer up to and from some points
