Not responsive and VERY unprofessional agency/landlord that I ever had to deal with and here's why: - When signing the contract they promised the place would be ready within a week and asked for a cheque to be dated a day after their expected delivery date. The day passed, they cashed the cheque, but did NOT even start working. - They charged for Ejari and promised they would do it themselves - they took more than a week and still didn't do it then I had to run after it myself. - Weeks later they sent some people with a 2-day pass, but the contractors would spend only a few hours a day and disappeared (because their pass expired) - leaving some unfinished work. - It's been more than a month since I signed the contract and I still don't have a basic access card - they asked me to run after it myself with Emaar and promised they'd eimburse\ the cost, but I sent them the payment details and they just ignored my email, again! Overall, I had to deal with multiple people in this company, all the way till the person who signs as the Landlord. They've repeatedly ignored my messages/emails and sometimes I had to call their landline number so they wouldn't recognize who's calling and would answer the phone - which is pathetic! If you want your peace of mind this is NOT the company you want to deal with!

I rented an apartment managed by Leisure homes and it was a constant battle to coordinate necessary maintenance works and just coordinating and getting a response from them. Terrible service and not at all focused on the tenant. In particular, Nisha, the person responsible for our villa was extremely slow to respond and blatantly ignored emails until I had to call numerous times to follow up.
I struggled for 1 year with thier refusal to do maintenance in my apartment. Paid high rent for an apartment in Downtown Burj Khalifa expecting quality service. Ended up with an apartment with constant cieling leaks, construction noise at night, ill fitted balcony doors and HORRENDOUS customer service. I work a lot and was forced to chase them around for follow ups and approvals. No one should have to have this experience when they are paying a premium rate. UTTER DISSAPOINTMENT
