Very good shopping experience and pleasant staff At Burjuman Branch

I had a very bad experience shopping in this store (burjuman branch). I received a perfume gift and I don't like the scent. I go to the store to exchange in other perfume. Ofcourse as a gift I don't have a receipt. They told me, they cannot change because they the original receipt. After half an hour I came back and I bring the original receipt after I choose the perfume the sales staff in counter she telling me they cannot exchange because it's paid by card. And she want me to come next day to process the exchange . After 1 hour in their store she will tell me they cannot change because of mode payment??? Why she didn't inform before of that??? What kind of sooo poor customer service u have in your store. And the sales person if u will not call them to ask assistance they will not come to u. They preferred to stand and to do nothing!!!!

If I could give zero star I would The sales person was the Indian woman with the brown eyes She had the worst of the worst Attitude And the level of rude I went in there to buy but the attitude and Level of unprofessionalism she showed and Negativity stopped me She was stiff and rude no manners And surely no salesperson She brought Shame to the sales profession..
