This happened today: While at the restaurant I ordered grilled steak (which takes 15-20 minutes to prepare) .. the waitress came to serve the plate .. and boom .. the plate fell down the restaurant floor at the door separating the two dining halls .. the waitress rushed the plate back to the kitchen and few minutes later she served me the same nasty plate with sauce splashed all over the back of the plate. I was surprised and asked her if it is the same plate that fell down? she denied that and quickly assured me it didn't hit the floor. Then I asked her to cancel the plate and get me the bill for the rest, I paid and left the restaurant. The waitress, the chef and the manager (who oversaw the cleaning of the floor) all thought its ok to serve a human being this nasty plate and get paid for it.

Enjoyed it here but slow service! Ordered a coffee and a crepe with Nutella and banana, both were really tasty but there was so option for dairy free milk which was a shame. Staff were helpful but service was slow for the crepe, even though wasn’t too busy inside! Food was delicious and nice atmosphere inside, would come again
Location is nice so as ambience n presentation...but food taste is below my expectations....I doubt will come again...

Great food, amazing fatoush salad. Very attentive service. Flexible staff. Also good value for money as they now offer 50% off for food and drinks until December 5th.

Good breakfast, exactly how I asked for, coffee was hot which is a good thing for me, hate luke warm coffee. Waitress pleasant and helpful, toilets in building nice and clean
