Food quality is good and the menu is special too. However, the service needs to be improved. There is no warm welcome or immediate attention. Wash area is very small for two.

Tried their special Volcanic Rock Steak. It was really a good experience. They cook the steak right in front of us on a rock which is heated upto 400. And it was really delicious. Must try.

Food is Good. But the customer service and the operations part needs to be developed.Myself and my friend went to the hotel and they asked us to wait for 30min. So we have given the name and mobile number and they have requested to wait for the call. We waited for more than 1 hour. No one had called. So we have called and asked for the update. They said to wait. So we left after 1 hour 15 min. Then we went to another restaurant and had the food. Even then they have not called. Such a poor service and spoiling the name of the hotel.

Food is awesome and hygienic as well. Am regular with this restaurant for last 3 years. Now a days their service is getting poor. I cannot find old staffs there i feel new staff needs training.

I saw their videos shared by many. And was influenced to try their volcanic rock beef steak. As shown in many videos it is served the same way. Plus the taste is good. The best part it is the way it’s served with many sauces. We also had grill charcoal chicken plus many juices. Their coconut pudding needs lot to improves, along with their jackfruit juices. May be because of jackfruit type they are using. I always test the standard of a Kerala restaurant based on their tea. And will say their teas 9/10. I will recommend all to try. And it is very budget friendly restaurant.

Very nice Kerala restaurant, food really good. Well maintained social distance. I like their chicken, and mutton curries. Good ambience, friendly staff and service really good. Overall food was good.

Best Talassery type Biriyani,Lagon Chicken is available .Very tasty. They serves Biriyani in Banana leaves ,it's increases taste of the Biriyani. Weekend days Friday and Saturday it will be crowded .

It's a great restaurant with variety of foods, most important part is all the dishes are very affordable. You will get charcoal kind of food too . Quality of the food is really good. Only thing I am little unhappy is the place is little congested, in the weekend getting parking is a task. Overall it's one of the must visit restaurants in al qusais area.
