Best experience we could have, its been 5 years now that we go to Koster Clinic. Finally i found a clinic for my family that truly has western standards and exceptionally trained doctors. They really care. I highly recommend Dr. Badi, Dr. Vercauteren and Dr. Reuter who all took care of my daughter and my wife. You have all my respect Koster Clinic.

I can highly recommend Dr Koster Clinic. Our daughter was delivered by Dr Koster herself and the journey through pregnancy up to the delivery was amazing. I was with other doctors before, but she is just the best! Also Dr Reuter is fantastic, the best Dermatologist I have ever been with, very professional and to the point. During my pregnancy I also got some acupuncture, I forgot the Doctor's name, but will never forget what difference this acupuncture made to my pregnancy. It's a brilliant team and all under one roof. I can really highly recommend this team of experts, I always feel in good hands going there.

Very poor service. Completely ignored my email. Update:- I can confirm that I contacted the receptionist and she responded to one email. She did not respond further to my query. You are correct, that as a result of this, I did not visit your clinic. Why not look into why that is the case rather than accusing me of lying? Surely, its pretty basic to respond to genuine email queries.I have the right to protect my identity. I was indeed a customer of the other institution too that claimed they did not have my record. As long as I am mentioning the truth it should be fine. Can you mention who are these, in your words ''multiple'' institutions, as I can only think of yours and one other. Anyway, I fully expect you to retain the receptionist and try to discredit me.
