Kingsforth Properties employee \Hamza\ which is a broker also for Nasser Lootah Real Estate that Hamza insisted to have a 5% Commission on the closed deal rental of a property and payed in full, after I signed the contract he also insisted that he will apply for the DEWA application of my new flat, and also provided him with the money for DEWA and i just knew that DEWA is an easy process to apply ONLINE. However This Hamza also asked for a 211 aed for processing of DEWA and he did not even gave the receipt for the processing fee. It felt like I just been scammed by this Hamza an employee of Kingsforth Properties a misleading way to earn money. 211aed for just a click of a mouse? I believe that if you are paying some amount that you should get something out of it and this is what I get. POOR QUALITY NOT PROFESSIONAL and DECIETFUL

Their representative marketed their property and provided excellent communication, feedback and service from start to finish. It can be very busy (though never boring) with moderate stress at times as the company serves corporate clients and real estate brokers all over the UAE. It's about delivering the very best service so everyone has to jump to service clients and members. Some inconstancy by individual managers but leadership says they are trying to be fair and consistent. Location downtown makes parking very expensive though close to lots of public transportation. Growth can be limited due to the size of the organization as with low turn-over growth jobs don't always open often.
