Love the soy garlic wings. Takes long time to cook though. Come here regularly. Last time disappointed as 2 wings less. Kimchi soup is nice too

This is the third time I have got my order wrong, third time! Because I got my order wrong twice before with the same girl (I remember her voice) who always pick up the phone and take your order, this time I tried ordering via Foodonclick app, the process was easy since it's done through the app, and I thought there is no way they would miss the order. When the food arrived, once we opened the box, the delievery guy left and it was too late. We ordered 1. boneless chicken - spicy, large. (We got what looks like a medium, with BONEs, spicy) 2. We ordered wings with mixed sauce between soy and spicy and ended up getting only soy. I called the receiption to explain but it seems like she doesn't speak English very well and could not understand what I was trying to explain. I think this is the last time for me and KimChikin. The last time they delivered me with 5 wings less than what I had ordered (basically that was one order less) is it that difficult to count or double check before the orders go out on delievery. I have no idea.very disappointed with the whole experience.
