Stay away of this agency It is 3 months now and I didn’t get my security deposit... always saying the same reason as below ... owner is not at home country ... now owner is here since more than 6 days and they say another reasons... called the company yesterday and no one got back to me Don’t trust this agency and my advice is not to deal with. I will have to do a legal case

Still havnt recieved security deposit after over a month. After countless emails and phone calls I was eventually told the agent was doing 'side work' and the property was not registered with them (despite everything being done through the company) Will now be contacting REWA, Landlord and likely the Police. As I am still awaiting my deposit I will not name the agent who I have been dealing with. Stay away from this agency.

Agent is eager to sign a contract with you as soon as possible but once contract is signed agent virtually disappears. He keeps saying he'll do it \tomorrow\ but it's been 10 days and yet I still don't even have the original contract in hands. I've signed a tenancy contract not knowing that landlord doesn't even have property rights transferred to him from a company which used to own apartment. When calling agency, manager there is too busy to discuss my case.

Khalifa Bakhit Real Estate LLC ******Do not approach****** They don't clean the apartment,No AC service has ever been done, worst management, don't go by 5 stars reviews they must be their own staff, they never pick up your call, totally unprofessional, worst experience ever, agents here just want to take their commission and forget about it. This office should be shut down for good.
