Seldom does one get such good service on every level! From my initial meeting with Kate to view rental properties, both she and Don went above and beyond my expectations to assist and ensure that our stay in Dubai was as comfortable and easy as possible. Kate really listened to what I said we needed, and Don responded positively to every query and request immediately and with absolute professionalism. What a fabulous experience. Thank you both!

We were encouraged to contact Kennedy Towers when we saw their nice, luxurious properties for rent at the Down Town and we definetely confirm that the flat that we rented was up to the level. However our experience was somehow disappointing when it comes to dealing with the sales of the DT as we were expecting to have a quick response, and customer service. Luckily the professional approach of Tristan, who is very reactive, cooperative, and available at any time to assist on any issue as if it was his own, made our stay with KT more pleasant and we would like to thank him for that. We highly recommend KT and would not hesitate to get in touch for the next stay.

I moved to Dubai recently from London during pandemic for a new job opportunity, at the beginning it was personally unstable for me to start a whole live in Dubai! So I booked via Kennedy Towers at first few months when I just started working, considering the apartment was well furnished, all the utility bills were taken care of, it was really easy for me to move to Dubai and settle in at first. Now that I have my family also moved to Dubai, we also rented an apartment annual through Kennedy Property, it was a very smooth transition booking my short stay and renting my apartment now with them, the service they provide is all I needed to move to Dubai in a rush and settle in slowly. I cannot thank everyone at Kennedy Towers specially Don and Henry enough for helping me find and start renting such a beautiful home! From the very start everything was so efficient and ran smoothly. They were super flexible and helpful (which is rare in this difficult time) with my unexpected extension and always happy to help with any queries. Very efficient, clear, professional, supportive and polite. I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be using their services again in the future. I am extremely thankful, particularly to Mr. Don.

I had my family visit Dubai recently, and we booked through Kennedy Towers for a villa on the Palm for two months, instead of staying in a hotel which was recommended by a good friend. This was my first time booking a holiday home, even though I have worked in the hotel industry most of my life, but I must say the services Kennedy Towers provide are equivalent to 5 star hotel standards. I didn’t expect their team to be there when my family arrived, yet they did an amazing welcome. Whenever we had questions regarding the facilities in the building, their team were always there to answer our questions. While we originally made our booking through Candice, she was our point of contact throughout our whole stay. No matter what time of the day, she would always be there to help. I felt like we had our own personalized butler service at our fingertips. I really appreciated it and would absolutely recommend them to all my friends and family.
