Is the most delicious Profiterole Chocolate Cake yesterday we had also chocolate chips with the tea, was lovely experience. It is the most beautiful designs and taste in any patisserie in Dubai.

I love everything Katrina. The ladies are amazing the customer is out of this world and their cake most importantly is to die for. My favourite is Red velvet and strawberry cheesecake. Need I go. love everything about them.

Their service is quick! I ordered a last minute cake with a request to write on it for a birthday, they managed to deliver it on time and it tasted great, everyone at the gallery loved it. We got the honey cake, it was very soft, melts in your mouth as soon as you take a bite and the sugar was just perfect not too sweet! They also have candles which you can order along with the cake! Keep up the great work! Will definitely be ordering again soon to try other flavours!

I tried calling various locations phone that are advertised online to see if they had carrot cake. Though they didnt have they were very helpful and guided me to the barsha branch. There is ample parking and very helpful and pleasent staff. Pricing is adequate and ample amount of options. I havnt tried the the cake or the extra pasteries i got enticed in to buying, i guess that is another review

Visited Katrina for coffee and cake with friend. Sat there for 20 minutes being ignored. When we raised this as an issue were given grudging service. Chose a cake with my friend. Both of us were given stale slices of cake from the back of the row of cakes as my slice looked nothing like what I had chosen - after all that the coffee was still not made. The shop manageress was about as useless as the rest of the staff. A pity as used to visit this shop but will no longer.

Lazy Guy

I ordered a cake for my birthday on Wednesday in the afternoon to collect on Friday morning. I came on Friday lunch time and they said that I had never made a order for any cake. Absolute horrible service, carnage in the shop and a birthday ruined! Never coming there again, wouldn’t even give it 1 star.
