Busy as always. If you’re lucky you’ll get something done if it’s not your lucky day then good luck. Even collecting Emirates ID can be quite a process from here sometimes . But that’s the case with Emirates post throughout the country, parcels not getting there, or they not knowing where the parcels are. Sometimes they’ll tell you on your face that no we have not received it then you tell them please check again and then they’ll come out with the parcel. Now Emirates post is trying to push this new epbox online system, which is basically the same nothing changes only that you have an online account where you can hopefully track your P.O. Box activity A few years ago Emirates post had received the lowest rating among all govt entities (dewa being on the top) and I believe it was for a reason, but doesn’t look like much changed after that Good luck if you’re going there

Fast service, spacious post office. Just the parking is quite expensive I stopped for 15 mins it costed me 10aed, suggest you park the car outside.
I would have given them 1 star last year when I had to wait 45min to collect my Emirates ID, with no proper queue or even reception desks. But since their recent renovation, they have truely turned the table around. I visited today, busiest time of the week, got my EID in less than 5 minutes. 15 people were served by 8 counters (just for the EID) in just 5 minutes. Every step was well thought thru by their management and it just seemed like they knew I was coming, and got everything ready for me. I salute their strive to achieve "customer happiness" as they now call their centre.
I give them one star for that numbering system it's ok but I'm thinking customer helping service one of the worst one whenever I've seen, staff everyone doesn't listen the customer whatever needed, formality just asking for customer but they don't given the respect and proper solution for that particular issue, I'm think that center staff don't know the why we're sitting hear what's is they ours duties, it's making same bad impression for dubai Postage Office sector.
The amazing team members Amola and Gagan were so helpful and made it so convenient and easy for me . They are real assets for organization . I strong recommend them for rewards and appraisals.

Over the years the post office at Karama has improved leaps and bounds in its appearance as well as work efficiency. The place is clean and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.
