I always come to this shop whenever I am in the area and always get a good service but yesterday i was not happy. The lady who was incharge just choose to ignore my calls (she was at the kitchen she can hear me but apparently she was doing something). Even if you are busy you should acknowledge your customer and tell them that you will get back to them it is not hard to do instead of ignoring their presence, that is very unprofessional.
A ideal place to chill and enjoy a hot cup of Kapeng barako with ensaymada. Great merienda spot!
Service is good. They guide us to make a good pastry order and explained us all the ingredients.
