Elevator is very slow, sometimes non of them are going down/ up when you pressed already the button, garbage are smelly over the hallway but all in all. Great building, secured.
K5 building is one of the famous building in Salauddin street. Famous restaurant is located down to that building example Bait al mandi. Building also have one gym at the M level. Nice and claim environment for the residency.
It’s a good place to rent a flat... just 2 mins walk to 24/7 supermarket like New era, al madina, Al maya... many restaurants
Good but not very good
The cleaning material on the hall awakens us early mornings smelling like paint going to our a/c because it is centralized. 6th floor tenans nd 1st floor tenants are experiencing it lately. On the lift and on the ground floor, the stronger the smell is! IT IS SO TOXIC!!! Asthmatic people are at risk!
Easily accessible place.... My landlord was good so the flat was good but have too many people staying at this building. Have restaurants in the same buildi g and have a new supermarket in 2 min. So its a great option dont miss if u get a chance.....
