Nice hotel gives you access to parks on bookings. Went to a restaurant there for lunch the portions are huge but the food is good. The electric rolling blinds give you much needed shade from the sun.

This is absolutely stunning property. It was refurbished not too long ago. Rooms are great and service is phenomenal. Special kudos to Maria at the front desk.
Overall a very good break. Staff, food and hotel all to a high standard. Access to wild wadi and the beach was great and the availability to use all the facilities of the group of hotels along the beach. Unfortunately our holiday in August had to be cancelled due to the pandemic and decided to reschedule for Christmas.
Hotel is close to Burj Arab and have nice beach and pool. The only problem is the reception is extremely slow, it took me 1.5 hours to check in. When check out, they also missed up. One of the good hotel and bad starting and bad ending.
The service wasn’t that good to be honest. They take a long time to bring you things you order to your room. Once I wanted to check in I stayed there standing up about 1 hour. I don’t recommend it.
Stayed here multiple times and always love it. Family oriented, so maybe explore Jumeriah Madinat if you are just a couple, but this is a reliable fun vacation. There is neighboring construction now. Something to account for when deciding where to stay. My family and I have a pretty high tolerance for it, so we weren’t bothered. Food is great and I love how you can enjoy the other parts of the resort too by staying there. Grab a golf cart and go all the way to the other side of the resort to enjoy a new adults only pool. For the kids, it’s hard to beat the kids club there! Best we’ve ever seen. Even with the construction, this place deserves the 5 stars. It is a “must do” with a family in Dubai.
Nice place for stying and enjoying holiday from here for family and friends. Especially November to march is the best time for visiting because of very nice climate on this time.
