We rented the 64ft yacht with 25 people capacity. When we initially discussed the arrangements with the customer service, they guaranteed certain decorations etc to be in place (some included, some for additional fees which were agreed upon). However when we got to the pick up location, first off, the boat was late on arrival and then it took an additional 15-20 minutes for them to let us board. We had a bunch of people and children waiting at location for nearly 20-30 minutes after the agreed upon time. In addition, when we entered the boat, none of the decorations were in place, instead we just got the leftover decorations from the last party. We had also agreed that there would be specific outdoor decorations in order to surprise my wife, and nothing was in place. Although the crew was generally friendly and flexible, we were not satisfied with the overall service from this company due to the lack of customer service and the failure to provide the agreed upon services. As there are many competitive offers in Dubai, I suggest anyone who reads this to continue looking and steer clear from this company as they make a lot of promises, but fail to deliver.
