I tried Joy Bubble after looking for bubble tea places in Al Qusais and getting drawn in by the many positive reviews, and honestly, everything that was said by others could not be more true. The bubble tea here is just on another level. The tapioca pearls were cooked perfectly, not too tough and not too soggy, after a few chews, it just melts. The drink itself was also made so so well. I tried the regular milk tea, and god, it’s just so good. Dubai has many incredible bubble tea shops, but this is by far one of the best. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly, and the store ambiance feels very contemporary and cozy. The prices are on the cheaper to midrange side, and are definitely lower than bubble tea prices you find in malls. I really am so happy I discovered yet another quality bubble tea spot in Dubai, and will definitely pass by again whenever in the area.

I tried their best seller “Tiger strips “ bubble tea . With torched #muscavadosugar on top tastes divine. It’s a must try. Tastes even better when accompanied with Ji-pai crispy chicken & their signature dynamite sauce is bomb . Also tried the newly introduced “Cotton candy “ . This drink tickles the child within you. Tastes just like bubble gum. Ideal for kids. Not to mention the beautiful eye catching ambience of this cute little cafe. The perfect simmering time and temperature makes tea taste so fresh and secret source of Joy! The brewed tea is then stored in stainless steel food grade flasks to maintain the aroma before being blended with your choice of toppings, ice and flavors! When serving Joytea Bubble Milk Tea, they do not use creamer powder (which others use as milk alternative) but rather they use organic fresh cow’s milk and cream. White and brown sugars are naturally extracted from cane. Which when blended with our softly-chewy tapioca bubble pearls sprouts an amazing natural sweetness. These combos are perfect for working personals or busy mums Their outlet is perfectly sanitized and seating arrangement is also according to the current situation. It is a cute little cafe with beautiful decor and ambience, located on Damascus Street Dubai. Me and my daughter enjoyed a lot their while sipping their signature drinks and listening to the music... Do give it a try if you haven’t tried it before. It was my first time drinking this bubble Milk Tea and seriously I enjoyed a lot... .

Absolutely my new favorite Milk Tea hub! Very cool shop and amazing customer service. You won’t get bored because they have wide menu of flavors to choose from. I personally loved the Tiger Strips. So yummy and tasty. Their Ji-pain chicken is a surprise too! Perfect combo with their milk tea. Thought of having my dinner there and I didn’t expect they are serving meals too. Ordered the beef meatballs pasta and I was extremely satisfied. This brand is a must try! Affordable and definitely will satisfy your cravings

Worst bubble tea experience! If you want to pay for sugary syrup in your milk go ahead and order from them.They are also extremely slow with delivery, took an hour to deliver although they are situated 10 mins away from my house. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t order again.
