Services level are too low. Staff are un-professional. I call today to check and book air ticket, officer told to call after 5 minuts. I called again after 10 minuts, other staff pick the phone and told that Mr. so and so staff busy and we ll call you. No one call me back and never they pick the call again. Do you think you are the only travle agent in dubai.? Dear- there are 1000s other travels agents around. I have just closed the relationship of last 5 years purely due to staff attitude...
