Update: We called them again and after almost 2 weeks they give excuses. Today they told us that they are out of stock and will not be able to deliver our watching machine until after 15th of May. We purchased the machine on 10th of April..... This is definitely the last time we will buy from them. Terrible service. I would give 0 stars if that was possible. We ordered a Washing machine and at the store they told us that it will arrive in 2 days. After 4 days it had still not arrived, we called for a follow up and they said it is out of stock and we should wait for another 2 days. 3 days passed and there is still update. Everytime we call they give us an excuse and say it will come soon. It has been more than a week and they still give us excuses. We don't reccomend at all. Will never purchase anything from them again.

The WORST place to shop in DUBAI. I have NEVER experienced such a PATHETIC customer service in my life. You cannot TRUST this people , when you buy electronics you should buy from a place where you get SUPPORT. If you a chance AVOID this place. I bought a TV from them and they gave me a faulty TV without checking and now they are blaming us. They being in this industry they should have made it their practice for checking things before delivering , now they blame the customer for not checking the item . WE ARE IN PAIN and LOST our HARD EARNED MONEY. AVOID THIS PLACE\u003c THEY MIGHT GIVE YOU OFFERS BUT WILL PUT YOU IN SOUP
