In our experience their customer service is great, I have been dealing with Nissreen and she was very professional, helpful and she went above and beyond on multiple occasions. The quality of the product is good so far, it arrived on time, and the after service for even small stuff has been amazing.

One of the worst companies ever , they took the wrong measurements and installed wrongly , they even didnt bother installing some panels and had to chase them for literally 2 months to get a reply , they showed me a sample counter top which after they installed was completely different. They charge you alot and make you feel quality and that you are at the german professionalisms. Customer care doesn’t exist dates dont get met money wasted on a higher scale.
