Very good service & professional team, Majed from imperial company was very nice, polite and such a humble guy. Upon ordering a car rental he brought the car to my hotel and assisted me with all process, always doing a courtesy call to check if I am fine with the car or I might have different preferences. As a foreigner who rented a car in Dubai, I highly recommend this company to everyone. The owner Majid is an easy-going and trustworthy person. We got a Kia Cerato in perfect condition and at a reasonable price. Also, Majid gave us some general tips for how to drive in Dubai. Unfortunately, I got a 400 UAE fine, but the rest of my deposit was successfully transferred by Western Union as I'd left the country before the information from police came. Again, I didn't have any problem with this company, so I think it's worth doing business with.
Had a wonderful experience with Mr. Majid he has been too kind and provided me a really good car in a good price without any hassle. Looking forward to book again on my next trip. Thank you Majid and Imperial. You guys are amazing.

Mr Majid was so helping in the busy peak period . I did not get a rental car anywhere on 30th Dec and although all his cars were rented he gave me his own car (well maintained) for 4-5 days that too at very good rate . He knows what customer satisfaction is !!! Has a good fleet .
