The food really isn't great - portions are very small and not taste. You pay 180 for a pizza, you expect for the pizza to have some taste.. unfortunately that's not the case. It has a nice atmosphere and the staff is trained well - that's why the 2 stars

The vibe, food and service was great. However, we found 2 pieces of hair in our food which was very disappointing especially because we were celebrating a birthday. The manager was made aware of this but we just received an apology from the waitress. Overall our experience could have been better.

Definitely, a must visit place if you like authentic Italian food. This restaurant has pretty good staff and they serve amazing Italian food. Tartufo pizza is one of my favorite pizzas at this restaurant.

An Italian gem in Al Naseem Hotel. The pizza was described to be the best in town. I found it to be very good but not outstanding. Overall the food was delicious and very good. The atmosphere was elegant, relaxing and pleasant. Service was good.

Nice atmosphere and great food. Particular mention is deserved by the great service. A lot of quick and effective waitress. Waiting time was just right for every course. Well organized. One start less than max as it is overcrowded and very loud considering the ambitious of being an upper scale restaurant. 20-30% less guests and 10% higher prices would do.

First impressions of the manager J2 is so negative just like he is himself. It’s a “ I can’t do this, I can’t do that” before I opened my mouth. It’s not related to COVID. It’s simple counting. “I can do only small round tables” he said, when his hostess didn’t have a problem with normal size table for a bd party. Hopefully J2 will not assist any bd or large gathering so the restaurant doesn’t have the negative impression before even trying a coffee in here.
