Recently I moved from Ajman to dubai. Searching and finding out a good apartment was bothering me until I got introduced to 2 guys named Muhammed Awais and Kaab Hanan. I meet with so many agents all were directing me to apartment which they get more commission, but these 2 guys was so honest and genuine. They guide us not for their personal benefits but based on our dudget. Show me several apparment and explain the merits and demerits. Finally I got a neat and clean apartment within my budget. I really thank Mr Awais and Hanan for your sincere efforts and honesty in profession.
This company 's agents are very quick respondents and i found them always available to respond with prompt action. I took 2 BHK flat in Jaddaf and for my surprise when i sent them message late night just to keep it in my whats app list so that i may follow up with them in morning and i got reply in few minutes and they were available in morning to help me visit different places and everything was done conveniently and nicely. thank you to all team and especially to Mr. Hanan for your professional services.
Pleasant experience, the agent from IBEX assisted us in securing a great deal with our tenancy contract. He has over 10 years of experience and was personable throughout the experience. The negative reviews that we saw online were specifically for the Sharjah branch and is not a reflection of the Dubai branch.
All the positive review below is paid review or this scammers friends.. These people are irresponsible and unprofessional.. I took an apartment in aal nahda Sharjah...they agreed to do all maintenance before handing over. Initially they collect some money after thta they never do any maintenance and handover the apartment. So once get the money these people you cannot find..... So please took apartments from some loyal real estate people.. One guy named Shariff Hussain delat wit me.... After one year nenewal they asked for commission again, I was rellectant to pay the they said go and do nenewal directly with landlord... What an irresponsible and greedy people.... Never trust Ibex....
So many helpful and true agents of this agency .. Even the owner of agency it self in touch with clients if needed wherever. they are awesome. they deals in exactly what they have..... they treat me very well for getting 2 bed room apartment in JADDAF.
Mr. Hanan and Mr. Owais are professional agents. Their work is highly appreciated. If anyone is looking forward to buy any property in Dubai you should contact them. They are very cooperative. Agency is trustful and legit too.
Had a very good experience dealing with Ibex properties. My dealer Kaab Hannan was very cooperative and helpful throughout the deal. Showed multiple properties and helped me choose the best one!
