Good display of their cars and the showroom is maintained well. A test drive vehicle wasn't available on my arrival and was told that it would be arranged the next day. But they failed to revert regarding a test drive and so we had to move on to the competitors as it left a bad first impression.

The showroom is nice plenty of parking..i went in to look for a new car, no one came to assist ..so i left..if this at the buying stage . One actually wonders what is it at the servicing part when u already have bought the car

I visited them for to the regular service of my creta car for 80k km. Evening they given me the car but when I drive the car and reach to sheikh zayed road car was jumping and jerking. I afraid since I was in the biggest highway in dubai and slowly returned back to showroom again. They did some work after I complain and corrected the issue. When I ask about what kind of problem then they told \May be any plug not connected after service\. This useless technicians they may be don't know that a small plug can finish the life of a person when he is driving. Such a careless attitude. So careful about them and check your car several times before go to the main road. Let God bless all.

I would like give 1 star.. I am visited there for car servicing. At that time I need to go bathroom just for 5 mints. There don't have.. I asked to security and center car driver they are saying here don't have.. have to go outside some other place.. so I became totally disappointed that place.. be keep for toilets for visitors and customers..it's would be greate helpfull in urgencies.. Thank you..

I will ignore the tricks they pull every time I go for service but the last time I went they told me \my car passed with flying colours\ then less than a week later my car suddenly stopped working, I take it to them they tell me it needs 2 days to be fixed keep in mind my car is still under warranty and free service. I was supposed to get a replacement car as per the deal I signed on when I bought it but turns out if the fixing time exceeds 15 days that's when I get a replacement keeping in mind that if I crash my car completely it will take less than 10 days to be fixed. nevertheless I passed those two days waiting for them to call me and update me but no one called and no one answered from the service department and when I call the showroom they tell me they don't have an update. today after 3 days I get a call from one of the service guys saying that he left early yesterday and didn't fix my car and has the audacity to ask me to understand the matter. I do not recommend dealing with Hyundai here in Dubai especially the Sheikh Zayed Road branch, they are so unprofessional and they treat their clients as if we are idiots and ignorants! I have a Kona 2019 still under warranty barely used if anyone wants it feel free to hit me up. I had enough of them I am going for a different company.
