I stayed here for 2 weeks, and i loved it! The staff are amazing and very professional. Rooms are very uniquely designed and the view is beautiful The food is excellent! Ive stayed in many hotels in Dubai, indigo is among the top on the list with their quality service and unique vibe! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel, with lovely view over the Dubai Canal. Very nice, friendly, helpful and professional staff. Perfect interiors with touch of local art and folk. Boutique style gives filling of privacy and peace. I spent here two weeks of holiday with family and we will definitely come back here.
The service was very nice and the staff is excellent. I even remember when a staff member brought our luggage to our room: “if you need any help please contact us, we can arrange anything. Even if you want to go to the moon, we can arrange it” Breakfast was amazing and the stay was pleasant. When we go to Dubai again. Hotel Indigo is where we want to stay again. The location is also a very nice place to stay. 5 minutes from Dubai Mall where you can shop or have nice food. Amazing spot!
Unprofessional service. Look at all people say: I would like to report that I did not feel comfortable at all with the service. At first glance the friendly staff turned out to be completely unconcerned and rather lazy. In room service delivery overly friendly. Downstairs outside food service hosts seating serving unprofessional.staff look very unhappy working.too much talking and on phone taking pictures and conversations quite unprofessional with guests.a few don't want to be working there. A meager breakfast is seasoned with a stupid attitude towards the guests.Staff at restaurant and the pool bar despite being welcoming need to be more organized and pay attention to details despite the property not being busy during my stay.I’ve never came across to this ignorance ever before.be prepared to ask for your order like 2 or 3 times, constant mistakes on whatever you order, food, drink, promise you one thing, you get another or they constantly forget your order.Staff needs some experience, all young.Do your background checks. Can tell some males only work there who just want to be around the women share contact information send message and stare.or is it guests flirt with staff and then social media follow or other way round?This gets hotelbrand in bad look. very noticeable when sitting eating around same people.Should be policy against these relations. I wish people like that will never work for hospitality industry. Know background of who you hiring unless you really don't care who they are, weed out bad tendencies and recheck these attitude no improving because they personality bad for hotel representation doesn't change.Don't discriminate against older hiring with professional experience. Passable this place.
A new hotel with impeccable service. Front desk, cleaners and restaurant staff were all amazing. I've stayed in a lot of IHG hotels and this has to be one of the best in terms of service. It is fairly new so they do having a few teething issues but it is a steal for the price. The only let down was the fact that the pool gets little to no sun during the day.
Best hotel in downtown Dubai. The rooms are beautifully designed just like the entire hotel. Delicious breakfast. Nice staff that only wants to help and as fast as they can. Great location, close enough to walk to the mall, but out of the city center traffic. If I had to pay twice the amount I would have been equally satisfied. Would definitely come here again next time I'm in Dubai.
Excellent DIY Business class hotel in the downtown area and not too far from the airport.
One word to describe this hotel? Marvelous. All was awesome. Super friendly and happy people working here, awesome atmosphere and it felt like home from the first second. Not too big so it is great and cozy. 15 Minute walking to Burj Khalifa, so perfect to visit the city but not be in the trouble. Lovely view on the creek, spectacular breakfast and sooo many details that make this place perfect. There is a lovely pool where you have the sun only until 12:30 pm and then from 4:00 pm again. A extra large thank you and compliment to Fernando, who made our breakfast experience even more awesome by his smile, attitutude and awesome service. And Paz at the reception, who helped us with everything and Mariza who guided us into the day. Highly recommended to do the free art tour with Astrid and learn about all the art in this marvelous hotel. I have never experienced such a thing.
