They will never make it on time which they confirm.. Car broke down, traffic on the road so many excuses..they check my AC for 5 mins charge me for visit and telling the wind motor is having problem and need to replace will cost 1400 i told them i will think.. Next day i call other company they came check tell nothing is wrong with fan motor.. They just clean the whole system spend around 2 hours on it the AC is working properly... Totally thieves... Never deal with them....

Bunch of thieves. They said I had to re-wire the whole AC set up and produced a quotation for AED 4,000! Later on realized through another agent it was a small issue with the condenser - parts plus labor was AED 350!!

An absolute horror show of a company. You will wait *months* for your quotation and by the time you they get it to you, they've already forgotten the job and have to re-inspect the house. Absolutely mismanaged and a company I will never trust again near my house.

This guys are the most expensive in Dubai . Forget about the prices on their web site . When they come to your home and starting to do anything, u will hear it’s so complicated , it’s difficult and finally you will pay triple if regular Dubai prices .
