Worst exchange policy: 1: I was told the tag was missing then the same lady was complaining that the product has been used. 2: I had brought a shirt from MOE store, after reaching home I realised the shirt was 1 size larger, a gentleman from Hollister staff at MOE helped me to find the smaller size at Dubai mall but to my surprise my request was rejected by the Dubai mall manager, my only crime was that the price tag was missing. 3: the lady couldn't justify any of her statement, price tag missing, used product and what not.
