I changed my headlight l.e.d bulbs here 5 months ago but the bulbs started having defect ( not working properly) so I went today to change it cause it have 6 months warranty , they decline at the begining to change it for free with the excuse thats the staff who i was dealing with lift the country , so i told them u r responsible as he is ur staff and im dealing with ur company , they agree after all to change it with minimal coast when it should been free replacment .

Abit high prices
This people have no idea what they are doing, they almost destroyed my Mazda 6, went and asked to cover my dash board, one technician came showed me the leather material what he said that he is going to use to wrap my passenger side dash which was looked like melted. He promised me that it would get the original finish once it's done and asked me come back after 4 hours and would cost 450 AED. After 2 hours someone called me saying my car is ready for collection, when I went to collect my dash was totally destroyed and even they broke my stereo unit and side trims and glued all over my newly polished car. Aproched the lady staff who was in the office and she gave the shop owners telephone number when I insisted, I explained the situation to him, he hang-up saying he wanna speak with his staff and sort things out, but later no responce from him and never picked my call again. Conclusion : now I have to spend around 1500 AED to get my dash replaced as well other things which was destroyed by them So, overall it was a great worse experience so I would advice you to bring your car to this guy's if you want to destroy it nicely..
