There are 3 floors which include the basement, ground floor, and first floor. The basement is dedicated to the hammam treatments, the ground floor is to ladies and the first floor to gentleman. There are a total of 20 treatment rooms: 1 hair salon (ladies), 2 nail salons (ladies and gentlemen), 1 relaxation room, 6 ladies’ treatment rooms, 4 men’s’ treatment rooms, 1 VIP room (including barber, massage and nail stations), 2 hammam rooms (Turkish sand Moroccan), 1 Thai traditional massage room, 1 barber salon, and 1 outdoor treatment room with a plunge pool. At Heart & Soul we organise every week wellness workshops including gonging, Yoga, meditation, chakra healing, intuitive reading, emotional freedom, etc.
