Healthbay Holistic Centre is the best hospital here in UAE. The doctors are very good and experienced. The treatment was very effective and helped me in my quick recovery.
I had a very bad experience with this clinic. waited 2 weeks just to get my CT scan approved and done and when the result is ready they don’t call you, you need to keep following up with them. I even needed a prescription to be written and sent to my email, which took lots of calls and hours of waiting to finally get it. The communication is very weak between the staff and patients and the staff are lacking the right managerial skills to run this place.
I have been waiting for my son’s (emergency appointment) for 3 weeks. I arrived at the clinic on my weekend , setting the alarm to be on time etc, inly to find doctor is not here! They said they sent me sms to inform me, which I never received. Very unprofessional and lazy administrative department. I don’t recommend to anyone
Absolutely horrible experience with Dr. Bassem Badr. Cannot recommend anyone to go there. You will get no proper advice, lies, and expensive prescriptions that are absolutely dangerous for you.
