When I was looking for a traditional Yoga school in Dubai, Hathavidya Traditional school of yoga popped up and really spoke to me. Now towards the end of my beginners course I can say that I am extremely pleased with my progress. I can't praise the team enough for being able to bring individual attention to each of its students. If you're looking for a traditional yoga course which includes meditation, a step by step process, great teachers and an extremely affordable price, then I suggest you give this school a try.
