Amazing sushi and bento meals ! A small Complimentary plate of tuna salad is given for everyone which was nice. The noodles are a little bit sweet. The AC was a little bit hot otherwise it was okay. I still enjoyed the food.

I have ordered several times from them (DIP1), and not ONCE did they get it right. It's a back and forth. Needless to say I'm done giving benefit of a doubt

We often used to come to Haru since 2014 for lunch. During these years the quality dropped a lot, but its most likely because of its location. Even the McDonalds next door closed down. 2 weeks ago when we had a meal, they did not serve the appetizer which was included in the package, also the gyoza and the sushi came without its sauce. On the top of that a cat from outside kept coming in and out, centar ac has been switched off. Felt like they are close to be shut down.

I eat at Haru occasionaly, this time I was disappointed, there was a strong smell in the restaurant and the Air conditioning was not working

The food here is quite good, the 2 stars are for the overall experience. It seems that the restaurant needs a stronger coordinator or even a manager as everyone has his own thoughts on how to do things, replace has great potential buyout don't see it. Training is a must, you get each of your dishes every 10min, so I hope you are a slow eater. They're good but you get bored at the end. Plus they don't remove the finished dishes. For the food and effort , I give it 3 stars, but overall, I don't think I will come again.

The best katsudon in town!!! Been ordering everyday They don’t deliver in JBR so we actually drove here and The place is hard to find and the girl on the phone gave me wrong instructions. She even hang up on me. I have never been to DIP. So.
