I have used their on line delivery service 10x now, with 100% success. They have a better supply of rabbit food & treats than most other pet shops in Dubai. The Supreme hay is fresh & green, they also stock Supreme Rabbit food. Now they Supreme Woodland Loops, I hope they can get more of these, my bunny loves them. The hay & herb sticks are also popular, as they are a reasonably healthy treat. A few more natural bunny toys would be great. I hope they keep these stocked up! Delivery is usually within 24 hours, sometimes within 6. The staff are helpful and contact you via Whatsapp, making everything convenient.

I’ve ordered Albert, our Sphynx cat, food, treats and clumping litter from Happy Dolphin numerous times over the past year, and they’ve always delivered fast and efficient. I’ve also ordered Albert the Drinkwell Pagoda Pet Fountain in Red ceramic, an absolute winner. When I accidentally ordered the wrong filter for the fountain , they were happy to exchange it for the correct one, hassle free. I can honestly recommend this pet shop for all your pets needs. Thank you very much for the lovely Christmas gift you’ve sent Albert, it’s much appreciated. He loves the bag it came in most, of course!

TheHappyDolphinPets is honestly the best service I have ever seen. They take their time to go through what you need on whatsapp, and they give you genuine advice on what to buy. I was trying to pick out a harness for my beagle, and before we finalized on one, the person assisting me ordered different sizes from the supplier - so that I don't end up with a bad size!
