Had better expectations, but obviously your company is far from meeting them. No information about delivery. Had to call to obtain the information, and yet no one abided by it. Was told delivery would be between 12 midday and 3 PM.. No info no delivery..nothing. I called your office. Perdon who answered the phone made me wait, then said: person in charge is busy, can you call later. Then I guess got some remorse and took my details and said she will have the person call me back. I provided my mobile number, order number and personal details, and nothing, nobody called, nothing was delivered... You claim to be in business since 1963 but this way of managing your customer and deliveries are just an embarrassment.
