The best hotel ever! Awesome staff everywhere, spotless premises, beautiful rooms, delicious food. We received a free upgrade due to a family event and our holidays became even more perfect. The guests are valued and respected, can't find enough words to describe how perfect was everything. Well done and thank you! If one day we come back to Dubai, we'll definitely stay at Grosvenor House again.

We were lucky to spend around 5 days here during our last trip to Dubai recently. This is a spectacular hotel in every possible way. The location is perfect on the Marina. There is a great choice of restaurants in the property including the famous Buddha Bar and the associated Siddhartha Lounge. The room was luxurious and beautifully equipped. Most of all I have to commend the exceptional service from all the staff, across departments. Every interaction with the restaurant, housekeeping, reception & bell desk was a real pleasure. I must especially mention the concierge who were able to make almost all arrangements we requested. The staff in this hotel are the greatest asset of the property. It is clear to me that this hotel is being run very professionally. Many hotels and groups may aspire to this but very few actually manage it. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world. Hope to visit again soon.

I’d love to think of this place as one of the few 5 star hotels really making a mark in the city. Located in the Dubai Marina, I spent an entire 1 week business break here and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Impeccable service from vallet to concierge to room service. In close proximity also to the 1. Jumeirah Beach Residence JBR and the JBR walk 2. Media city 3. Internet city And a close free zone just a couple of minutes away. Just like any other Grosvenor House in other countries, this hotel stands out from other hotels in Marina and has its own supreme presence with very much fancy clubs and restaurants inside. Siddharth Lounge is undoubtedly really entertaining and there are so many other restaurants which offer exquisite dishes. The hotel and apartment rates are pretty much expensive but you can enjoy the atmosphere here even just by visiting here for a meal!

We have stayed here in the past and it used to represent the ultimate luxury experience. Marriott now owns them and it's really run down. This is not the sad part. The attitude of the staff went from amazing and caring to arrogant. This is the opposite of what the tourist expects. The fact that it was far from the beach was mitigated by the coach and the brilliant amazing service. The coach still runs but without the attentive staff.
