A cold toasted bread as free starters for Soup. Seafood soup well i thought it used to be like chowder creamy and vibrant. well bland soup like tastes like raw flour, combo meals well wasn't that bad but adobo chicken a la minute doesn't make that good dish. over all very dissatisfied with the taste and look and feel of the place. Very unwelcoming and if you run a 500 items menu make sure you know how to execute every dish well, or else there is no point to have such an illustrious menu and serve bland and tasteless food. Reduce menu, focus on what your boys can do best and that would sell the most. Do 30 items but make sure you do them well.
I would really like to appreciate staff's hospitality. Well maintained place. Try grill mix seafood that's my favorite.

I liked this restaurant before,but from today i will never go to golden fork restaurant.i hope the responsible will read my feedback. I went with my friend to eat lunch there(alregga_dubai).and we ate .after finishing we want to pay by card and the cashier informed us that the ATM is not working and we have to pay cash.that time we don't have cash .we asked to go to bring cash but one indian guy asked for our Emirates ID!!! he think that we will not came back to give the cash.and also didn't say sorry for that ,he asked for our ID like we are bad people. Acctually if big and famous restaurant like that and they have issue with ATM they should to inform the customers in the beginning . But to ask the CM for his ID cause of your issue with your ATM. This is not respectable to your customers . And I will not come back to this restaurant again.
