The worst experience I have ever had in my last 5 years in uae I ordered 1 day ago I choose time slot from 6 to 7 to surprise my fiancé the order did not come I am waiting for 2 hours and a half delay and postponed my dinner in valentine day and the worst I call 1000 time they pick up one time and the agent promised to call driver and give me update no update not professional I am frustrated about this company InstaShop as well is a pooor customer service not professional company I will delete this application now .
