Very helpful and honest staff. They also advice you when to buy your plants. They are busy so if you want their full attention you need to have the time to listen and explain to them what you want. Keep pictures of your requirements ready. I am very excited to see the bloom on my Peace lily. Thank you!

Horrible service, extremely rude service. Major price discrepancy depending on which staff member you deal with. So sad as they have a good collection of plants and pots but their service makes you never want to come back again!!

Very bad sales people. There were so many of them but no one was willing to help and share information. In the beginning they said we choose plants and pots and they will help us pot it. After spending futile hour of efforts on searching for the plants all by ourselves they said at last they won't even help us pot it. Should never never visit this place
They are good to sell and take your money, then when you need any advice and support to keep the plants alive, they disappeared! All my plants died and I just wasted a very big amount of money. They simply don’t care, ignore the WhatsApp messages and never return to my phone calls.
