Do not buy from Geepas website, if you appreciate your time. Don't ever buy a product from this company if you appreciate the customer relationship. This company does not respond for any type of guarantee, if you buy on their web page, and if you have the misfortune to require a later service, they have extremely bad customer service, after the purchase. Their customer service is lousy. When the product is damaged, they give instructions to take it to a store that does not accept it. No one takes responsibility, and the customer service department (seems to be outside UAE) is always evasive and wastes your time. They really don't care that you require the service if the product breaks.

Purchased a pressure cooker on November 6 2020. On December 5 2020 while cooking rice safety valve from the lid blew away because the whistle malfunctioned. Started searching a way to contact customer care but looks like phone are answered during business hours. Next day guy answered the phone and said I need to approach the same place from where I purchased the cooker. I said its far from JLT and to go and comeback will cost half the cost of the presurre cooker. I was then told to come to Jabel Ali office. Somehow I managed to reach GeePass ware house. Guy said this is just the Ware house and need to go to the head office... I got fed up a d returned back home... Really pathetic ma agement.. I request people reading this message to share this feedback with everyone

Bought a geepas android tv, later when it was installed at my home realized it doesn't have any app installed. Very very pathetic customer care.. Never ever buy from this company. Only looting money and Fooling the customers.
