I bought a DSL XL and I believe that it is defective because it takes forever to charge I don't know if I have a faulty battery or faulty device coz it takes ages for the charge light to go off, so i tried to return it and have it exchanged but this guy is so friggin annoying and insisted that I should try and empty the battery and see if it will take 3hours to charge so I complied now I tried what he suggested and still the same it still takes ages to charge so now I am going back and return it.
