Purchased a one year old GLS for my wife at the end of October. Picked it up & it had around 6 litres of fuel on board, not a good impression but some things do get missed. Car didn't feel too good on highway so checked tyre pressure, ranged from 25psi to over 40psi. Corrected pressures and it was all good then. Poor pre-delivery inspection. That's Day 1. Day 2, service light came on ! Car had not been serviced prior to hand over even though it was just a few 100km to being required. I then booked the service but Gargash Al Quoz couldn't take the car until 22nd November. So today after waiting two weeks to book the car in, they took 50 minutes to look at the car & come back to tell me it'll take at least 3 days for a service. Was also told it had missed a service in Feb 20 even though it was actually owned by Mercedes as a management car. The service advisor was great though and tried to sort this out. Called sales at Deira to get a loan car to cover the time my car was being serviced. No interest in helping even though I should never have been in the position of needing a service. I asked if they'd cover a rental car cost for three days but they declined. Another gripe is that Gargash could have called in advance to advise that there was a long waiting time for service. I overheard other unhappy customers at the service centre. It took us 1-1/2 hours just to drop of a car for service. I could have changed the oil & filters myself in that time !

Con artists and imposters. Bought a pre-owned C-200 Mercedes in July 2015 from them with only 20,000 Km. They didn’t tell me that the car had any accidents or any issues although I made sure to ask before buying and nothing of the sort was mentioned. I could have simply chose not to buy it. While selling my car in 2019, I got to know that the car had a serious accident and that it had serious work done and paint to doors on the left and right which totally screwed my re-sale price. I’m totally disappointed and the dishonesty is unimaginable, I paid more than market price in 2015 for a used car because I was under the impression that I can trust Mercedes would disclose the full history of the car and would let me know that it had an accident. Total dishonesty and and worst service from Gargash and global Mercedes for trusting them to be their local dealer in UAE. Never coming near Gargash or Mercedes for anything ever again.
