Although Galadari may seem like the cheapest option when compared to other driving schools in the country (and not by a lot), I definitely do NOT recommend them at all. They definitely make up the difference in many other ways throughout the process of getting your license. I started my file there and I would get a different driving instructor for each class. When I tried to book the same one, they would say he was unavailable. Some of the instructors didn't know how to speak proper English. Mohamed Ramadan was the only instructor who I really liked and would recommend. The customer service is the absolute WORST. It is extremely difficult to get someone on the phone. The representatives who sit in the office are casual, they gossip amongst each other right in front of customers, chat about irrelevant things while keeping the customer waiting and I did not experience it personally, but I have seen them be extremely rude to some people. I switched my file to EDI just to get out of there, and I have no regrets. When I went to their office to cancel my file, they kept me waiting for 45 minutes just to give me a clearance letter. It was a complete waste of time & money.

I did my license from here in 2013, it is huge center, I remember how systematic they were. But the facilities was not neat, washrooms were locked, Last week I took offroad classes (basic courseself driving 1 hr) near al awir. Trainer was Kaiser from Pakistan. This 5 star is for him, he was very good and informative and helped me in improving my offroad driving skills. I asked loads of questions and he answered them all.

Stay as far away as possible from them, I dont have enough words to describe how bad they are and how they only try to squeeze your money out. They will not tell you hut the assessments are 2-3 weeks after you do your lessons and the home examiners will look for anything to fail you so you must pay extra lessons and after another 2-3 weeks of wait. And that's for their own test, not even the real RTA test STAY FAR FAR AWAY from Galadari

Worst customer service, never pick up the phone and do not call back on call back requests. The driving instructors are top notch and experienced. Although most employees are quite efficient in person, they could be more customer friendly.

Poor customer service Mohamed Ameen! Calling the token fast and does have the patience to wait. So I took another token and waited so long again. Very poor service!

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Been trying to reschedule my test for 3 days now and nobody is cooperating. I tried calling and nobody picks up the phone. I make a call back request, and they never call. And IF they do call, THEY INSTANTLY end the call without saying a word. Whoever is on that desk is the worst employee to exist on this earth. And don't tell me to contact you on whatsapp because you don't even reply there. Pick up the phone first instead of replying on review pretending to care. -100/10

I had a very good experience at Galadhari Motor Driving School Muhaisnah branch throughout my “getting a UAE driving licence” journey. Thanks to my instructors Mr Raja Muhammed and Mr Muhammed Faisal for their exceptional and outstanding guidance and support. Both of them are equally good. Thanks for being patient with me. Mr Rizwan Aziz (CSR at Muhaisnah branch) had helped me a lot by detailing the process, scheduling my classes on time and answering all my queries with a lot of patience and a smiling face. I would also like to thank Mr Khwaja for guiding me and helping me correct mistakes made during the assessment tests.
