I took the Galadari VIP training for the license and was able to get my license on the first attempt within a week. What a wonderful job done by this team! They are extremely professional and my instructor Zakir is a really cool guy. He has a very positive attitude. He makes sure you are comfortable and encourages you constantly. He paid attention to exactly what was wrong in my driving and helped me overcome the issues. I recommend Galadari VIP unhesitatingly to anyone who wants a top quality experience.

Height of third class bureaucratic service in customer services, test booking and for the cashier. Each time to see each representative, you have to take new token and to wait again. No one can expect such third class service here in Dubai. I don’t know why they can’t integrate steps altogether, go to one representative that can handle all. No extras human sources is required to get it. I guess Little visionary management can fix these problems. Customer service representative are very poor in manners “ look busy do nothing “ and rude Simply pathetic, I’ve wrote my concern here and they are responding me with simple standard reply and asking me to contact them to get my issue resolved. may be they have not read my review

The whole procedure of getting the driving license was realllyy hard although I am a driver since 2016. It took too long to schedule tests. Some of the staff were really friendly and especially the driving teachers. However, many in the ladies administration section were very rude.

Worst service ever. Specially not for ladies. Customer Service executives are very rude. They give night time test timings for parking to ladies then call them and inform them you can come between 4 to 7 and all ladies keep waiting for more than 3hrs. Over and above this there is no seating available these days due to COVID. 1 pregnant lady was standing along with my wife, she is 7mnths pregnant and they don’t care at all. Even they made her stand and wait for 3hrs. Really bad please stay away from them.

Never ever join this driving institute for lucrative offers or even if they provide you with free training. Trainers are however good but the overall management and customer care are worst, spoiling it's reputation. If you pass your test they will misguide you as failed, will take money from your account to pay for a passed test without your knowledge. Never even imagine a refund from them for their mistakes. I've passed the road test but they still owe me around 300 AED. Never join this institute & I will never recommend anyone whatsoever to this Institute.
