I honestly don't understand all the negative reviews! I ordered the Segway Ninebot Max e-scooter and it was delivered to me in Riyadh in a timely manner and perfect condition! It seems a lot of mega outlets can't compete with Gadgetby's great prices and awesome service, so they choose to ruin thier reputation instead. I am a very happy customer who is going to be coming back to this awesome store for more orders soon. BTW, this scooter is not yet available in Saudi and it's way better than the Xiaomi one. Keep up the good work!

I was trying not to buy a Playstation 5 but in the end I couldn't resist. I searched Google and the cheapest one available in Dubai was through GadgetBy. I called them to get a sense of whether or not all was legit, and got a positive feeling from speaking to their customer service representative, who told me that free same day delivery would probably be possible. I ordered the PS5 online, cash on delivery. Within an hour I received a call to tell me that they could deliver same day. Within 3 hours of placing the order I had a PS5 in my hands. My experience with this company was characterized by excellent communication, customer-oriented service and brilliant turn-around and delivery times. A faultless transaction.
I have cancelled my order due late delivery on 2nd December 2020 but still i didn't received my refund. They informed me they processed refund but they didn't share transaction receipt. I have contacted them through messenger, mail and phone but no reply from them. I have another pending order with them which was ordered on 16-01-2021 and still not delivered. Don't purchase anything from them, they are fake.
Nice website, easy to navigate. large range of collection. Customer support over phone and chat is great.Good range of products and prices really really low. Delivery was really quick. All in all, I'll be back and also recommend to friends for sure.
Getting a refund for a returned item is a hassle. 3 years now and they still have not refunded me after they pulled out the item from me. For years now, they keep saying that there has been a change in management (every year? I'm not sure). Getting in-touch with support is a dead end. My emails never got any response (both support and [email protected] - the supervisor). I'll keep bugging them and see where this leads to. This is not a fake review: Order or Invoice numbers 52473386, 50259254 (hopefully I don't get another number). UPDATE: they have now disabled my account and claim I did not deal with the same company. How Rude!!! Where's the promise of a refund???

Wide range of groceries , vegetable, leaves and fruits. Unbelievably they do sell traditional had made stone grinder (AMMIKKAL) which we use back home during olden days. Staffs also really helpful to locate items. Good shopping experience..
Last week ordered apple macbook pro, and received delivery in 6days to my place, Kuwait. Packaging was very good and I have no complaints so far.
