I had a minor accident last month. I went to the office for claims. The ramadhan timing for survey was 9 to 12. So I reached there by 11.30... it took only half an hour to get the survey done. They had appointed a garage and I went to garage and took 4 days to my car repaired. I was satisfied with their services..
