First time to buy from them and staff are both friendly They sounded very knowledgeable and didn’t encounter any issue. Great thing about purchasing their product is that it comes with warranty card so the price I paid is all worth it. Though price point is a little more but I can say it’s reasonable and they never go on sale I would still recommend their shop. Thanks Forever Rose!

One of the sales at the shop is rude. When I ask how long can the flower last. She replied in a rude way saying it’s forever. Then I said there’s no such thing called “forever”. This is preserved flower. It can only last up to 3-5 yrs max.(you can google it) Then she said. The flowers they sell are forever. The owner taught her to say so. To me the reply is ridiculous. It’s lying to the customers. And lack of knowledge of the products they are selling.

Just saw a reply from the place for one person review, as he said they were expensive and yes, they are pricy, to my understanding 500ish plus. What I didn’t like was the reply from the owner saying that it was the guys first review. It could be first, but doesn’t mean it has to be last or that because of that he ain’t saying a fact base on his pocket or not making an accurate review.
