Very slow service.. requesting a 4 hours medical renewal they took 6 hours to type the application and email it .... not recommended

Unfortunately the staff is quite incapable/not trained and very prone to making mistakes. You need to double triple check everything they do and you will catch mistakes. Once you step in their premise, You will feel also how disengaged, not customer service oriented they are. (The mistake they did cost me half a day at Al Jafiliya govt center. Second, they forgot to give me back my Emirates ID back and it cost me an extra trip there) A clear no go location. Try somewhere else.
