Took my phone in with a cracked screen. They replaced, but then a couple of weeks later the phone screen cracked of its own accord. They said it was not their fault because the phone was slightly bent.... It would've been helpful if they had told me this BEFORE they charged me 500dhs to change my screen!! Disappointing. In response to your reply, it definitely was your shop. If you give me a contact number I am happy to discuss it further with you or come down again.

I left an Iphone and an Ipad. They promised to fix for the next day. It is now 4 days since we left it and still not fixed. For the iphone they have even managed to destroy the on off which was perfectly fine when we left it. They still cannot say when it will be fixed.... Whatever you do, do not trust this company. Seems they lack both honesty and knowledge.
