The best club of fitness first. People are very kind and approachable especially evening receptionists although music is always repeating. the gym is also sanitized well. Overall the gym is amazing!

My experience there was good. I had a good workout and the staff were friendly. But I feel they should hire someone to reassign the weights and to clean everything. But otherwise it’s really nice.

We ordered the sizzling fajitas it came with loads of rice but overall good. My wife ordered the chicken with mushroom sauce. It was really great. The mash potatoes were terrible. Tasteless and dry. The broccoli was spicy. Nothing like thoughtless sides to ruin amazing mains. The staff was very despondent.

Bad on going experience from entrance until you leave...In nutshell Reception staff namely Dennis Mutwa & Cyril Adan are doing rude policemen job and never a welcoming job...my card scan never worked..my experience starts with stress & time waist everytime. Never seen free PT on floor to ask quick question to avoid injury , All PTs are either missing or busy with customers Had my FF backpack torn during renovation again very bad experience with same reception guys After renovation many machines disappeared like captin chair ..calfs press and many more like low back seat... Manager most of time not available Covid19 compliance is not monitored You guys are lagging behind. A Money First & Fitness Last gym !! I am just waiting my membership to.end My recommendation is stay away

Amazing Gym, perfect machines, sauna and steam are available, sadly no swimming pool, preferable to go there before 5 pm as most of machines will be busy, the internet wifi is very poor, but the view is wonderful on the racing track...

After renovation it became very good, they literally replaced all the old machines with new ones, but GymNation is there on the same building with nearly half the subscription cost and with car parking for the members and it's 24/7 so i think the competition is tough there and they need to work a little on the subscription cost/ packages.

We will never go to Motor City branch Me and my wife had an unpleasant experience in you Motor City branch today (8 Dec). Our workout was interrupted and disturbed by a video shoot group. Firstly, this group interfered by creating a chaotic environment around us. Secondly, it was really shocking to see that how the social distancing measures were jeopardized by everyone in this group. They all came very closer around us without mask, walked around with cameras and also did not maintain social distancing among themselves. Although the gym had a very clean interior, it was very sad not to adhere to basic covid guidelines. No announcements were made for the compliance of wearing masks, no one was measuring temperature of the members at the entrance etc. When asked at the reception, we were told that they had shortage of staff, hence, staff are not always available to use thermometer at the entrance. Me and my wife are new members of Fitness First. We purchased platinum option, hoping that we can experience different branches all across UAE. We roam across Dubai for our daily work and use the nearby branch when needed. But today we were so disappointed that I couldn’t help but writing. In genera,l we have very good workout experience in most of your branches in Dubai. I hope in future, motor city branch will show more responsibility and care towards their members’ workout experience.

Very friendly staff! Parking available nearby, but I would recommend across the street there is a huge parking. Classes and trainers are amazing!
