Good gym offering you a range of options for a workout. The company is located in various locations throughout Dubai allowing you to access them when in different areas. There is a juice bar allowing you to get fresh juices for after/during your workout. Gym can get very busy during peak hours.

FF are always quick to take your money, however as quick to unfortunately drop the services offered. I have an EXPENSIVE PLATINUM membership which allows me access to all clubs. I am SHOCKED TO SEE THE APPALLING VENTILATION with the very dated use of FANS in their class studios, lack of maintenance, & what upsets me the MOST is how they use their INTRUSCTOR'S ABSENCE NOT TO HAVE CLASSES COVERED. All schedules have been significantly reduced over the summer weeks, without alternatives offered, or monthly memberships being discounted due to their lack of commitment to members. The clubs are as busy throughout summer months too! RESPECT & VALUE YOUR PAYING MEMBERS & YOUR INSTRUCTORS TOO!!

Very nice gym, clean and organised with friendly staff. Easy parking, easy to find. Lots of equipment but not a lot of mirrors. Great group exercise studios but the sound is terrible cant hear most of what the instructor us saying

Love the Zumba instructor. The classes are excellent in general. Good sized gym. Mixed male and female. Night times tend to be more male rush hour and mornings more female. Quietest time is 1-4pm

Sauna is very often broken or switched off, extremely uncomfortable to notice after work out. Unprofessionally managed. Hi owner for your response. As you advised I sent email to fitness first customer service, but sad to say there is no improvement. Still sauna is switched off too many times. Last time today. It really looks for me that no one is taking seriously about customer feedback and even trying to improve.

Receptionist has no respect, the gym stinks, when u complain no one bother or give attention, they just ignore, no quality zero!
